As a successful cafe owner for many years, I’ve been in this situation many times. Cutting family holidays short to come back and manage issues etc I truly never felt well rested or relaxed - ever.
I understand how challenging is to arrange time off, in one of the most fast paced and stressful industries.
Being burnt out is not good for anyone , it's also quite expensive to close your doors completely. Common challenges include loss of sales, annual leave to be paid, casual staff not working & might look for other work, rent & suppliers to be paid, all these can cost business 10s of thousands for being closed.
This is where I come in with to give you a break. Doors will be open, sales will be coming in, staff will be working and adequately managed, operations will be uninterrupted as if you where there.
Rest easy knowing that your business will be running as smoothly as if you were there, so you can confidently take your holiday and return feeling refreshed and better than ever.
Communications between us can be limited or as often as you like. I can fill in short term & long term 2-3 week period while your are away.
